About Shauneille
Shauneille recall’s working, as a unit manager at a 24-hour healthcare facility. She inquired why was there a one size fits all system in place. A tenured staff stated you are new.
This is the way they have always done it. As time progressed, state auditors came and cited the facility with several citations.
The facility hired an outside agency to train the entire facilities administration. Shauneille will never forget hearing the head of nursing saying to the director. “Shauneille made some of the same recommendations that this outsourcing agency made a while ago. Had we listened; we wouldn’t be in this predicament now.”
Myles Munroe said, “You will never change anything that you are willing to tolerate.”
This event and several other repetitious events reminded Shauneille.
Never discredit her thoughts because time has repeatedly revealed that my intellectual capabilities create answers to all who are willing to be transparent, listen and implement a feasible, viable plan consistently.
